Yep, @yodased is correct. Usually a server reboot takes around an hour.
Hah, every time I see something like that I remember that if the service I'm developing will go down for that long - my employer will just kill me.

I bet your service runs on AWS or some other arch, which would take even longer if went down.

so how many hour's do the server's have to be down before the company break's it's term's of contract?
now not the official maintenance downtime, the unscheduled "oooop's it gone wrong" time,
would be unfair to expect the company employees to deal with an unknown issue or system fault,
but might be an idea to get the stuff in the game working first then add more bit's.
reason being is I have only been playing this game for just over 2 month's and I've had to reload it 6 times repair it 17 and fought to get onto the forums.
all verifiable in your own records.
so the request is valid and with point and i'm sure a lot of people will be interested to hear a reply
