Game crashing to login screen every 50 minutes. Please help!

My game crashes to the login screen roughly every 40-50 minutes of gameplay with no error message, if I try to log back in too fast I get an error saying "make sure you have a valid internet connection" similar to the one when you try to teleport to Deshaan and get completely bugged out. I am assuming of course that it is an internet error however I have tried turning my firewall off to no avail and have a very strong connection of 110 mb/s that never drops as I am connected via ethernet. The time before I crash out is prolonged if I am in less intense areas with it reaching the worst in trials where I am pretty much guaranteed to crash every 40 mins, leaving me pretty annoyed. I also dipped into it being add ons causing it however running 3 trials with all add ons completely removed from my pc and the LUA allocation reset to 64, it still crashes, so please if someone tells me to turn off add-ons one more time I will probably just delete my life.

Also if it helps this never used to happen, this has been happening since DB release and has progressively gotten worse until now I am so fed up with it I'm resorting to the forums in the hopes my fellow peers can help. My game only used to ever crash if I alt-tabbed to another program multiple times, which is a given since that's pretty bad. I explored the possibility of it being hardware however I am running a Quad Core- AMD with 3.4GHz speed so I don't think it's my processor, my card is unpowered but I have used this card since I first got the game in April 2015 and it has never been this bad. I have installed / rolled back every driver I can think of, update every Direct X, every Net Framework I can find and it still happens. Any ideas would be amazing, thank you.

Edit 1:===========================16th August 2016

Temporary fix that was here didn't work. Reloading your UI seems to prolong the crashing as if it resetting the game, this is leading me to believe it may be a memory leak issue with too much information causing the game to stutter and drop you out the server.

Edit 2: ============================ 20st August 2016

This hasn't helped, if you reload your UI it prolongs it but eventually ends which a crash after about the 3rd reload regardless of how many times or the intervals between each reload. I have seen people posting about this happening to them a lot also, can we get some developer input at least to get an acknowledgement that this is happening and a solution is being searched for instead of leaving the player base, unskilled and unfamiliar with the coding of the game, to fix this widespread issue.

Edit 3: ==============================21st August 2016

This is getting really annoying, I can barely make it to the end of a dungeon without crashing, then the game has the cheek to blame me, "Make sure you have a valid internet connection". I am using voice comms on discord and my internet does not drop speed never mind completely stop working, everything works fine except the game. The lack of developer input is getting a joke, this is obviously a big issue and I'm getting ignored on their own forums.

Edit 4: ===============================30th August 2016

Game is still buggy and crashes all the time, I opened ports for all of ESO ports and no avail, I also set my DhcP lease times for a month so that's not the issue, it's getting a bit annoying now, but hey ***, classic Zenimax to ignore me as always. Will continue to post updates if I can find fixes.

Edit 5: =============================== 7th September 2016

Actually still crashing lol, I had a look at my internet settings and changed my IP Routing setting to on and it fixed the crashes for about 4 hours then resumed back to the hourly crashing with the IP Routing still enabled. I have now sent in a ticket to customer support with results from my Diagnostic Tool report and hopefully something can be done soon.

Edit 6: =============================== 28th September 2016

So now I have gone out and bought a new graphics card, can run the game on ultra at 60fps and low and behold still crashing, so I think I can pretty much rule out this being a hardware issue and start looking towards internet, the support ticket I sent in also told me my hardware wasn't good enough to run the game and after updating my PC this can be determined as a lie.

    So annoying, especially since there's no catch system for loot in this game, I crashed out at nMoL twice at 20% remaining and got no loot or coffer as a result.

    I can take crashes, it's an online MMO it's a given, but for them to be so consistent in timing and frequency it's driving me insane.

    Since DB came out it's been happening. Ethernet cable, strong connection.

    I take the proactive approach, time it if you get a chance, and just preemptive strike the crash. Reset yourself before heading into a battle.

    I've crashed a couple times in vMaw and such, but knowing you're gonna crash, just ask for a break to re-log and run back.

    I try to do that but it's a pain with some trials as well when you log out you go to be beginning and have to walk back, I had to reset my game 3 times yesterday tanking vHel Ra just so I didn't crash mid-boss fight, which I inevitably did on the 2nd. I feel a burden to my team mates constantly crashing

    It's doing the same to me. Can we get some dev input on this at least saying they see the darn problem?

    I used to get something similar, also bouncing out of high latency zones like Cyro.

    I bypass the updater now, I run the .exe by itself and I no longer have this issue.

    I would also recommend checking your router settings to see what your dhcp lease time is set to, and maybe looking at your port settings. I didn't personally have to change anything on my router but there are a number of posts on a google search where this has helped some peeps.

    Theres a google reference to port forwarding I think it was. I'll try to find it when i get home. I'm sure there are some nic settings to look at as well.

    I haven't changed anything since BD. And yes, I tripled checked the ports, Ethernet cord. No settings were changed.

    It's not my ping, if you read my post my internet is extremely stable and running at a very consistent 110 MBp/s. At no point does my ping fluctuate, I just randomly drop out with 20/30ms ping.

    I'm starting to think this is just a hardware issue as this happens to none of my friends who run good cards, I'm currently running a backup Radeon R5 235 which is beyond terrible, however the game seems to be very CPU intensive, to which mine is very good.

    Did you delete your usersetting file? This is located in, my documents, Elder Scrolls Online, live. The folder can become corrupted, leading to a lot of issues. Deleting the folder helped me in the past when my game started crashing.

    Another thing you can do, is to right click the desk top shortcut, go into compatibility, tick the box "disable display scaling on High DPI settings". This one helped me after my game started freezing, stuttering & crashing frequently while in Wrothgar (was suggested after submitting a ticket).

    I get the message "make sure you have a valid internet connection" sometimes too, even though I'm cable connected with a very strong(+200mb/s) connection. My modem is still online, and I'm able to surf to other webpages, so strange when ESO doesn't recognize this. I've rebooted the modem, and it's most of the times fixed.

    Will definitely check those things out guys, this is still ongoing and is hilariously frustrating, like I have just gotten so used to it now that I'm just tacti-relogging and trying not to be a burden.

    The only burden is my spam of springs. Godspeed.

    There is lots of places between you and a server that could be part of the issue. Have you tried to contact your ISP to get another IP? Not sure if this would help or if it really helped me. But I tried this before and it worked.

    Almost the exact same thing happens to me.

    I have no problem with any other game I run on PC and I run some pretty beefy games. Even the Battlefield 1 beta doesn't give me issues.

    Just ESO.

    If your using dchp, could be your IP lease time is set to 1 hour. It could also be the memory leak.

    It's not my DHcp, I noted that in one of my edits, my lease time is set to over a month, also it's only the game that crashes, nothing else.

    I took a look at the ticket you submitted a few weeks ago and reviewed the game consultant report you attached. It looks like your connection is dropping right at your router. As every router is different, we can't provide troubleshooting as to why the connection is dropping. We do recommend contacting your ISP to resolve any potential connectivity issues with the router. However, usually we recommend opening ports to make sure your connection to the game is clear. You should configure their routers to open the following outbound ports:
    TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
    TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331

    Again, if your ports are already set this way or if setting them doesn't help, you should contact your ISP.
