After being told NOT to enter Orsinium, are we now free to enter without the risk of crash looping (Xbox_One specifically) ? I mean, I've not done a writ for about 6 weeks for fear of crash looping again and ZOS refusing to port my character again, so are we now able?

✭✭✭✭✭On Xbox one you can go there safely BUT the textures, and loading walls etc happen so just to be safe there are ppl who are still stuck there.
Just know if something goes bad, ZOS didn't actually say it's fixed.
They did say fixes happened tho-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf

oh really, how's that working for you now? it may not be specifically Orsinium that's broke on PC/NA, but I think you are now experiencing a little bit of what we here on console have been for the last 12 months - complete incompetence.1 -
Stoopid_Nwah✭✭✭✭I travel to the wayshrine north of the writs location (Shatul I think?) and then just go south to turn them in so I barely am in Lagsinium. It's slow and feels like I could crash at any second, but I haven't yet and have done this successfully for weeks now.
