Slithering Brood Quest - Craglorn - Won't Advance

Is anyone else having trouble with The Slithering Brood quest in Craglorn?
We have completed the lower Craglorn chain, and now have started the upper Craglorn Chain, starting with Slithering Brood.
We pick up the quest, enter Fearfangs Delve, the quest immediately says Completed: Meet with the Regent, and to kill Matron Scorpion (not those exact words
) We then clear the delve and kill the matron, and the quest advances and says to destroy the Northern and Southern nests, except they are non-interactive, and the quest won't advance. We have tried this about 6 or 7 times now. We have tried abandoning and re-picking up the quest, reforming the group and so on, but the quest will not advance.
Have submitted a ticket to customer support. Any thoughts anyone? Are we doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.
