ZOS, when are you going to improve or "fix" some of the gear in this game that drops in end-game content?
Shadows of the Hist launches for console tomorrow, and Bogdan's set is still absolutely terrible. It's horrible. A 2% chance to do something that's relatively mediocre. And yet, it's a monster set. Really though...? Why not make the 1pcs. give magicka regeneration, and for the 2pcs. increase the chance of summoning the totem to 10%-50%?
Or for another example, WTF is the point of the Maelstrom shield? Lol. The Glory Set is laughable for a tank, and even then — why is the Maelstrom Shield not having its own unique enchantment like the other Maslstrom Weapons? I mean, it just don't get it. What function or purpose does it serve, besides being eye-candy?
The list goes on and on for set pieces and gear that drops in end-game content, but is pretty bad. And honestly, I think it needs to be looked over. I'm not saying every piece of gear has to be OP-tier (e.g. Vicious Serpent), but at least make things viable or useful somewhat. ._.

I agree the chance for Bogdan proc needs buffed, but 10%+ might be a stretch lol
I'd settle for 6% myself.

I'd settle for 6% myself.
If Lord Warden's set can proc at a high %, and Molag Kena can proc at the user's will...? I definitely think the percentages I listed were normal. Meanwhile Malubeth is supposed to be a low chance, but proc'd around 80% of the time or higher. Lol.
