Wouldn't it be funny (Phoenix set)
The current effect of the Phoenix set is quite laughable, considering it's a PVP set. What usually happens is just that the person gets to die twice within a very short timeframe and the person gets no real benefit from the fifth set bonus.
Consider this... What if the Phoenix set was changed to mimic the effect of vicious death? I mean an instant explosion upon death. If someone combined that with vicious death you would have a real suicide bomber build that could change the fields of battle in a heartbeat. I just think it's a shame to have a PVP set that's so useles for PVPing (no idea if it's actually any good in PVE).

I have yet to see a zerg that utilised this set in any way that did not result in the zerg getting wiped, but maybe I am on the wrong server. But hey, if it works for you, hat's off to you.0

boundsy88✭✭✭phoenix was utilized in pvp when the bomb blade epidemic started in the thieves guild update. there was a guild on DC that had every magicka class wearing phoenix in case their 24 man ball group got bomb bladed.0 -

Phoenix has some decent 2pc, 3pc and 4 pc bonuses and i wear it along with VD...it saves me all the time (mostly from bow users and poison)...coupled with streak, and it gives getting away a really good chance...
I don't see many others using it (ps4/na/scourge)...
