Bind them to account, instead of binding them to character. If i have a lot of AP on one guy, but i want to get the loot scaled to a different lvl character, i should be able to. To bind it to character, then bind the loot inside to account is just absurd. Make it BTA!

although it would be nice, that is basically saying can i put my AP in the bank so i can use it with another char...and ZOS have already said no to that (which is odd, considering you can store all your TelVar stones)0 -

Yes ZOS decision is complete bs. There is no reason to make them bta. You should be able to use any toon to farm for other toons and at any level.0 -

Can't get ganked for ap. Tel var have to be banked for that reason alone.PC Master Race

This is correct. Tel var and AP work differently across the board.0
