ZOS, I have to say, you got it right! By scaling trials and introducing veteran and hard modes, you balanced the difficult right as it should be. I can run any trial and dungeon in normal mode with my roleplaying guild and have everyone have fun even if they are new, casuals or don't care about their builds. On veteran mode there is challenge enough to progress with a grope of average players. Finally, hard mode suits the maniacs who are crazy and invested in PVE. The fact you put rewards to drop on all modes, even with diminished returns, will help those that can't access the hardest version of the content, either because they aren't geared or because they didn't find a hardcore guild. You have introduced three difficulties in the game in a very subtle way, I like that.

Now, after caressing your head I will slap your buttocks. I understand that the new trend is sell new Veteran Dungeons, let's be honest here, since WGT and ICP its the same dungeon with mechanics disabled or enabled based on the difficult. VCOA was the last veteran dungeon introduced in base game patch and that was 2014! I believe you should definately finish all veteran dungeons on base game. Now, I understand that won't bring you profit because it is base game and it is time consuming to have a whole new area in those dungeons. So, how about you offer access to these old-new veteran dungeons to ESO+? Or make us buy a dungeon pack, maybe 5,000 Crowns. So we can get veteran Vaults of Madness plus all the other dungeons.

I have ESO+ and I talked with several friends, they would pay for the pack. I believe that would enrich the end game PVE and bring closure to all those dungeons that begged a sequel. Please, think with love!

This is one of their decisions (by not creating separate vet or normal modes with their own story) I had scratching my head for. It would be great if they finish creating vet dungeons for the original group 4-man delves like it was originally released with vCoA.

I absolutely disagree with making original game dungeons need crowns to unlock their vet-mode version!
We already have four gold dungeons people without eso+ cannot access. Imagine the future where this would happen.
Oh nice... 1 day a week where u can do gold when you are not having the eso+ package.

We will not need a whole pack of new vet dungeons. Just one at a time will be enough.
Just do it slow and constant and no one will bat an eye.

I've actually been a PvPer since beta, up until a week ago I had never entered any trials or arenas despite having the first two DLCs but now I'm really enjoying the trials and vma

Would you rather have to pay for it or not have it at all? For the way things going it is pretty clear they have no interest in the old dungeons, because it won't monetize. The best way to convince a business to do something is show how they can profit on it. I also wanted them to finish the vet dungeons from base game free of charge, but since this is not happening, I'm willing to pay.

Whilst it is bad that some people wouldn't be able to access the content because they didn't pay...that is too bad. It is a business and we need people paying for stuff or else it will go downhill / shut down for us all. Like I said, if you can't be bothered to invest $15 a month in ESO, which is equivalent to a fast food meal that you better off without anyways, you deserve to be a second class citizen. I know it sounds harsh but priority is for those who sustain the game.

I do hope they either release a dungeon pack or out of good will provide it free. Because the game does feel incomplete without those dungeons having veteran mode.

TIL I learned ESO is a free to play ga- oh wait it's not, we all paid money to be here!

Pay to Play games (like, almost every game in existence) CAN afford to release some content that isn't behind a paywall, you know. Chasing down $ at the expense of the rest of the game is how MMO's get thrown into the toilet.

Certainly you don't think the DLC normal/hardmode distinction would deserve to be paid for? Tripling Blacked Haven's boss health and calling it a day, pay is 1500 Crowns to play this? If it was a whole new dungeon with a whole new plotline and gear (like the current DLC), sure. Upscaling old content, like DSA, AA and He-Ra, no leave that for the base game.

But yeah don't be such a snob, ESO isn't some free to play game to be milked for every cent. ESO+ is a bonus, without it isn't ESO- and we're all losers for you to lord over.

It's snobbing. It's reality. If you think ESO isn't a business then you are very naive. The way they dropped the sub and monetized apperance change. I'm not deluded and know very well what the game is up by watching its trending and having experience with MMOs in general. I can't change it, you can't change it, that is how it is and expect more behind a pay wall. Since we are at it anyways, I feel like requesting those old dungeons to be looked at.

This is exactly like goverment. I'm against it, but it is here to stay and there is nothing I can do about it but adapt and try to advance my interests. And don't be on the defensive. In no way I mean to say "poor people" shouldn't play ESO, I'm not even considering anyone social status, I'm considering entirely how if you have no INTEREST to pay for ESO monthly, then you should be a second class citizen. I'm a brazilian who has currency exchange to dolar equivalent to 3 times. Yes, I wiggle myself to have an international card and pay 3 times the subs worth in order to invest in the game.

Also, if you read my comment you will understand I'm less than impressed with dungeons that have a vet mode where just a mechanic or two is the difference. I want the sequel to those dungeons like Vaults of Madness, that means a new plot, area, boss, whatever. THAT will consume resources and seems like they aren't making effort for it (last vet dungeon was 2014...) so yes I will pay for it and so will others. For me it is better to pay 3 times my currency than never see those dungeons.

Base Game Veteran Dungeons are desperately needed. Not only do we have way too few Veteran Dungeons IMO, but we were left with several Cliff-hangers that just absolutely need to be resolved.
