Making IC relevant to Cyrodiil.

For a long time people have been asking for some sort of reason or purpose for the people in IC that helps the fight in Cyrodiil. We already have offensive and defensive buffs plus a health buff but we don't have any regen buffs. How about we tie regen buffs to the districts? 2 districts give health regen, 2 magicka, and 2 stam.

✭The only problem with that would be people would exclaim favoritism based off district location. If you swapped it to a small % of all 3 based on districts owned I think it might be better.

✭✭✭✭If they were to give IC a buff relevant to overworld Cyrodiil, IMO it should only be given for holding all six districts for a period of time. Something meaningful but not overly powerful, like a bonus to all AP accumulation.0 -
