Rings of Mara issues

My Wife and I thought it might be fun to be married in game as well since we have been married for 28 yeas in real life.
Well, we purchased the rings and pledged ourselves to each other in the presence of Mara.
We get 10% bonus and ect as stated that we would.
So, at this you are probably wondering what the issue maybe.
You see have other characters that are not married and when they team up to do the Gold Coast Daily world bosses each of the two characters that are not married to each other are each able to obtain a quest. Granted one quest at a time as it whould be.
BUT......
The married carracters though are only able to get one quest from the board. They are only able to get "Folly' or "Arena".
The only way they are able to obtain the secondary quest is to disband their group and have a 3rd party allow them to join their group and have have that 3rd party share the quest with them.
If this is the way it is susposed to happem ZOS that makes no sense.
