Please evaluate a new PC - is it good for ESO?

I am in a process of purchasing a new PC which will mostly be used for playing ESO. I don't play many other games but I would like the PC to be able to deal with extra load of recording some ESO live gamplay videos every now and then to upload them to Youtube. It will also be used for general home use: browsing the internet, watching some videos and so on.
Here are the specs:

CPU: Core i7-6700 3400MHz, 8MB, s1151, 65W, box
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VD (Intel/H110, DDR4-2133, GLAN, s1151) mATX, PCIE16x
SATA3, VGA, DVI, PS/2
RAM: Kingstone DDR4 8GB 2133MHz CL14, HyperX Fury
HDD: Western Digital Blue 3000GB, 5400rpm, 3.5'', 64MB, SATA3
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, 2.5", SATA3 540/520MBs, 7mm
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 970 4096MB DDR5 HDMI/DVI/3xDP (256 bit)
PC Case: Cool Master Silencio 452
Power Supply: ATX 550W PFC/GREENME 550W IN-WIN
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224FB, SATA, 24x, 48x

This is an already assembled PC and therefore all components work with each other without any issues. However my main concern is will it be good enough for ESO and if not - what improvements should I aim for?
I'm not very savvy with building PC but I noticed one thing - there is no PC cooler which means only the default one that comes with CPU is used. I assume it will not be optimal so I would need to look for a new one - what would be a good cooler to look for?
I already have a monitor (I plan to run ESO on my current 1920x1080 resolution), keyboard, mouse and audio speakers so I will not buy them. I will run Widows 10 64bit.
I'd appreciate any input, suggestions, criticism and general opinions!

You build yourself quite a nice pc, mine has an i5@3.2 boost 3.4 non oc, without an ssd, same graphics card and 16 gb ram, I run the game with every setting at ultra but shadows and particles @1080p 60 fps stable. The only moment I get under the 60's is in pvp with large-scaled battles.

I bet you'll be able to run it way better than I do with your rig.
I recommend you to install the game in the ssd, to lower the loading times and improve performance by a little.

Regarding the cpu cooler, stock is fine, unless your plan is to over clock it, otherwise save yourself some bucks.

Also Windows 10, it runs the game(and basically everything else) super smooth.

    Happy gaming. :)

Your power supply is too low, but the rest is very good :)

I have the same elements I run ESO in ultra settings with 20 addons, but I do not have SSD, 8GO is very good for playing game + internet but 16 GO is better for multi progz in the same time :)

Dark, Aurbis, Aetherius-Oblivion, Mundus, Nirn, Tamriel. Dark again, something else.

Yeah that's a damn good PC you have there. I'm running on Ultra settings fine with a weaker GPU. I mostly get frames arount the 60 mark, but never going lower than 30. I'm using a GTX 960 and a I7-5820k.

Nope, a 500W PSU is more than enough. At most the computer will require 400W, he could do a decent overclock and it'd be fine. I just double checked it on a PSU calculator.

You are totally right. However, 500W is for a simple use (GPU+CPU+Motherboard+HDD + 3 USB + DvD + 100W for a margin), if his computer case has several ventilations (30 W more) it makes ~ 400W => Power supply 500-80, so it's good !

But if he wants to improve his devices in the future, I recommend 650W.
