Pelinal's set Character Sheet bug

It seems that when your weapon damage glyph procs with Pelinal's set equipped that the character sheet does not update without changing skills or gear.
Similarly, when you update your skills it will not modify down to the new value without relogging.
I think this is a UI issue, but would be nice to have fixed. PS4 NA
