If you use the North America Megaserver, you will likely be met with the following:


This can sometimes be resolved by waiting up to 10 minutes or restarting the Launcher. If that does not work, try the following workaround:

Steps for players who use the North America Megaserver

1. Go into settings by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of the Launcher.
2. Change Megaserver to Europe and click Apply.
3. Go into settings by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of the Launcher.
4. Change megaserver to North America, and enable Show Public Test Environment and click Apply.
5. Select the PTS server
6. Select the North America server
7. An install button should now be visible. Click install to begin the process.

After completing the install, you will most likely be met with the following:


Do not click Repair!

As soon as you are met with this error, force quit the launcher! To do this, follow the steps below.

1. Press Command-Option-ESC.
2. Select Launcher from the list and click Force Quit.

Next, do the following:

1. Find your current Launcher at "/Applications/Zenimax Online".
2. Rename the Launcher to Launcher.bak (optionally, you can just delete it).
3. Place the Launcher below in the Zenimax Online folder.
