Anyone else find that mass hysteria fails to cast 50% of the time in pvp?
The animation works but effect wont cast for a significant amount of attempts.
I've sent ticket months ago but it seems to be getting worse.

✭the skill isn't a "smart" skill so if the first target has CC immunity I think it may eat up one charge and CC immune targets seem to get prioritized. if 3 targets have CC immunity fear may fail.PS4 NA

✭It's ping heavy. Small range ruins it so it needs a client side check. You got to think 1/4 of a second ahead of time. Because you are never in the same place as your target. If you're oceanic like me, you just got to spam and pray like most melee/close range.I have no will left to help with lag until high action per minute devs play via a vpn from Asia or Oceania to NA and live stream thier experience of thier actions being declined by the server because they are out of frame.1
