Is the Alkosh visual effect bugged? Removed? Or am I thinking of something else?

I remember Alkosh 5 piece having a visual effect, like a circular AoE circle on the feet of the user. Is the set bugged and no longer showing its visual effect? Was it removed at some point? If so can someone link me the patch notes regarding that, or am I completely wrong and thinking of something else? Pretty sure it had a visual effect though
