A gear set or add to an existing gear set an additional slot bonus to three or five piece slowing/extending/disableing werewolf timer

Getting more ww's in a group with the pack passive is 100% transformation time basically.

Call of the Pack caps at 80%. Still, with the passives, it's really hard to run out of time as a werewolf these days, unless you're just getting up, walking away from the keyboard, and making a sandwich.

But then WW devours said sammich and remains transformed FOREVER!
Provided it's a bacon sammich, of course.
Have all the passive a and the morphs that extend time and it's really easy to run out of werewolf time.
Not a complaint so much a single would like the option to be able to stay in werewolf longer, the idea about slowing the timer out if combat is an awesome idea.

Again, I really don't see how. I literally ran a werewolf transformation for at least ninety minutes a couple weeks back, while grinding. And that was on a character without any useful passives purchased (except devour).
If your transform is timing out... that's on you.
overland it can get lot tougher if you run out of food (basically every other humanoid type creature, I don't think skeletons work though?).

Used to be, devour was limited. Now you can feed off nearly anything. Which is what my joke to @UltimaJoe777 was about. You can use devour on dwemer constructs, the undead, daedra (assuming they don't despawn), pretty much anything these days. Werewolves used to be picky, but that's no longer the case, and their utility went up massively as a result.
Instead of extending the duration, I'd rather see the ultimate cost be reduced.

No no. When the game launched the cost to transform was 1000 ultimate. Then they reduced it to 750 then 300.
