Purchase pending?

I'm trying to buy the game on Steam but it keeps saying "Purchase Pending". I've used wallet funds so not sure why it's doing this. Is this an ESO or Steam problem? I can use my cards to add more money to my wallet too, so there's no issue with my card...

Switching to PC cazzy, why?

It happened to me for other games in steam, it is basically due to a wallet desync. Don't rebuy it our you would end up double charged. Just wait for a few hours. It will work out.

OK, I found out what it is. I have to verify my card by them putting in money, me telling them how much and then I can start receiving games and purchasing them. Could take 2 days
