Long time away, I don't understand crafting...

I wanted to craft a set for my char, but i can not craft more than 160CP... my char have 342CP in complete... what that means? How is now the crafting and what are the difference between drop gear, are they also max lvl 160?

Cp160 is the max level of gear, lines up with the old vr16.
