Crit buff from Sun Fire/Vampires Bane/Reflective Light

Why does the crit buff from this move and it's morphs last only 3 seconds? Is this meant to be this way? No other self buff lasts such a short time, can we get this looked into and changed to make the buff a bit more useful since right now it basically lasts only long enough to buff the very next ability used like the Empower buff. It should be more like the major sorcery/brutality buffs in that it last 20 seconds when the ability that applies it is activated.

✭✭✭✭✭Reflective buff lasts 6.5 seconds for me. Same amount of time that the burning lasts for.
I assume Vampires bane will last for around 11 seconds or so, since the buff and damage seem to use the same timer.1
