Spellcrafting?

I just started again and was overwhelmed by all the new stuff.
Then i remembered something about "Spellcrafting"
I tried to search that topic, but all i found was leaked stuff, that it starts after the Mageguild quest...but nothing more.
From back then i have my lv100 Nightblade who has finished all those quests, but i cant see anything new in the guild.
So...is Spellcrafting actually in the game? If it is, how do i access it?

could always be possible that they didnt like it, just like the veteran ranks were changed into the champion system.
but if it is still a thing to come, then its good. its one of two features (the other one is housing) that im excited about (thieves and dark brotherhood were my top-tier that we have...and i love stabby the knife)0 -

✭✭✭Many of us would love it if it existed but it doesn't and is not likely to show up until next year at best.

I could care less how zergs use Soellcrafting if I get to use it to.
The current system we know of requires a lot of investment to get the powerful spells, so I can't imagine very many zerglings running around with good builds that have powerful crafted spells when this system releases.
