Endurance Set - enchantments bugged

So I was trying to change my jewellery from Sithis' Touch into Endurance and found that each time I was exchanging Sithis for Endurance I was loosing some of my character's total weapon damage.
That means that game does not see Endurance's enchantments and simply subtracts these values.
The clue is that all three Endurance's enchantments (for 174 weapon damage) I crafted and put manually to Endurance items few weeks ago.
Today I just pulled these items from my bank and tried to use.
That's really sad, since materials for crafting those glyphs were very expensive, and now the set items are useless

Initial weapon damage, with all 3 pcs. Sithis Touch: 2848.
After change for 3pcs. Endurance weapon damage is: 2381.
Any ideas what's wrong here?
