DLC release date PS4?!?!

So, the last DLC was announced that it would break the mold and release for both XB1 and PS4 on the same date. And then a couple days before (if not the day before) it was announced that it would instead release on PS4 one day after XB1.

So, my question for you ZOS is this, you have announced that SotH DLC will release for both XB1 and PS4 on Aug 16. Should we on PS4 expect to actually get the DLC on the 16th, or will you again announce there was some sort of issue that will again cause the DLC to be released one day after XB1?!?!

I do. Just wondering if ZOS has managed to get their s*** together and put out accurate information. It will be a pleasant surprise if it drops the 16th, but I fully expect the 17th.

Yes and no. Would you be disappointed if you got up Christmas morning and went to the tree to open gifts only to see a note from Santa saying he will be there the following day?! This game and its DLCs aren't Christmas, but we (or many of us anyway) look forward to the DLCs dropping and the break from monotony the DLCs bring with them.

It's not the end of the world if the DLC is released later than announced, but I would assume that after making the mistake once, a professional company like ZOS, with millions in assets and intellectual property, would learn from previous mistakes and get their s*** straight.

Well considering there still isn't an upcoming DLC article which @ZOS_GinaBruno promised would come and detail update 11 for console with detailed console text chat information......who knows....

Maybe something will show up on Friday or Saturday.....ESO Live even
I mean they always wait to the last minute which is your point so I'd not expect anything different. its not like this is PC where they get a 1 month PTS heads up on upcoming details

Just being honest, don't take it as being upset or anything. I've just come to realize the reality of consoles isn't something ZOS has the ability to inform, present or market to....while its all possible to put up videos on their site, the forums, even the console social environments as both consoles allow us to watch user vids, were just not getting anything worth while in comparison to other devs.

so in short.....if not on Friday, problably Monday, we'll find out
