.. There is an ogre, sitting under a rock, eating a dead wolf, with two of the dead wolf's mates standing nearby barking and snarling at it.

Cool detail, ZOS, I only just noticed.

Orc? Where? seems like a pretty neat easter egg.

Yes, they are on the well-worn trail from the Minotaur's Den to Kvatch ... I always ride in between them on the way back.

There's also a dire wolf barking at the wooden door in Varen's Wall.

There's a lot of cool stuff like that in Gold Coast. Like the Minotaur that walks up to a shrine, kneels and appears to pray or pay respects. And the troll that is hunting mudcrab, and one keeps popping up, snapping at him, then diving back into the sand.

I know I've noticed other great wild encounters like that in that zone, but those are the only ones I remember off the top of my head.

Yeah I just noticed this yesterday. It really adds a lot of life and atmosphere to an area when NPCs and monsters appear to be doing thier own thing rather than just standing in one spot waiting for me to come slay them for loot and exp.

I have to say I'm really impressed with a lot of things with the DLC areas. I hope there is more of this to come.
