Lost Items (and character progress) after server reboot

Double check your inventories. I lost a ton of mats I was farming up until the server shut down. A friend of mine lost a couple weapons he just made and regained several deconned pieces of gear.
@ZOS_JessicaFolsom was there a rollback with the reboot?

Imetheryn✭✭There definitely was a rollback. I was in a different zone, having not completed two quests I'd done just before the outage. No big deal, but there's no questioning took place.
I also lost a number of items, but a Mercenary Motif from a Bronze Undaunted chest is the only one I care about. I opened a support ticket in hopes of getting it back. I'm not optimistic, though.
