Social Ban/Silence recently lifted off my account...but now I can't even log in now

Started being able to use guild trader, guild bank, and people could see my private messages but now I can't even log into the game. It keeps saying it's timing out, or failing. Person in game can see my chevron where my toon was at before I quit the game to restart it.
