Can't Login to the Game

At least two people are unable to login to the game as of about 5 minutes ago.
I tried to zone into ICP and it just sat there on the loading screen. So i closed the game and tried again and now I continuously get the error "Login timeout".
My friend who is going with me needed to change characters right around the same time and it wouldn't let her logout to the character select page so she quit the game to retry, and is no getting the same error. Apparently the game still shows us both online as well.

I can't either. Trying shutting down game... tried rebooting... my girlfriend is right next to me and she's on... but I can't log back in.0 -
