Can someone explain what charged means here? I received so many different answers about this, I don't know which one is right anymore.

✭Status effects can be independant from weapons as well.
If you use this on a dragon knight and breath fire you have a +100% chance of inflicting burning proc.
Regarding this enchantment... it cannot deal a status effect so +100% on nothing is still nothing.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭It is pretty confusing.
The way Charged works is it increases your chance to apply status effects. This means Burning, Chilled, Diseased, etc.
If you hit someone with a fire attack, and the chance to apply the "Burning" status effect from that type of damage is 25%, the Charged trait increases your chance to 50%. Not to 100%.Edited by Vaoh on August 6, 2016 5:25PM1
