Weapon Dmg RollerCoaster

Before update I was a Nord DK with 3030 weap dmg. I bought a race change to redguard and my weap dmg went up to 3105. As of last night my weap dmg is back to 3030, and nothing on my character has changed. So I had 4-5 days with higher weap dmg, then nerf. Everything is in working order... Obviously not a game breaker but still...
What gives???

Were you in Cyrodiil when you had the higher damage? You may have had the keep buff for damage.

Do you got flawless dawnbreaker on, did you put another FG ability on your bar?

Yes I have FD but it has never been taken off. Now that I think about it I did take out caltrops, move rearming trap and stick in spike armor for a dungeon, bcuz we had no heals and some1 else had caltrops. Could that have caused it?

Yes I have FD but it has never been taken off. Now that I think about it I did take out caltrops, move rearming trap and stick in spike armor for a dungeon, bcuz we had no heals and some1 else had caltrops. Could that have caused it?

Flawless dawnbreaker increases your weapon damage for each TG ability on the bar.

Did you take rearming trap off your bar? If so you'd lose 3% WD

Minor Berserk doesn't show on your WD - it's a flat damage output buff

It's the beast trap he took off his bar. It adds WD with the FG passive

Minor Berserk doesn't show on your WD - it's a flat damage output buff

Whats minor berserk then, the Minor/major buff for weapon damage increases it more than just 100, that's definitely because he put on another TG ability. Scaling would also brought him up a lot more.

I think that the most likely culprits, as OP doesn't PvP, would be the +3% WD you get for each Fighters Guild skill slotted.

What do you think the culprit is? According to OP it's the TG ability rearming trap he put on his FD bar.

3% of 3030 is 90, theres no way he had minor/major brutality and only went up less than 100 wd. Lol

OP Went up from 3030 to 3105 = +75
With the way that % increases interact, that could well be a '3%' bonus
Minor & Major brutality (5% & 20%) would definitely be expected to increase it by more than 75, so it's unlikely that they are involved here.
