lag/disconnects/logon issues

I left a support ticket, and I replied to a thread in support...

No response yet.

I get kicked to logon about every 5 to 15 minutes. Sometimes I can log back in, but most times I get "Error 200(7:4:420:597)", and I can not get back in.

An acknowledgement that you have seen this and maybe a we are looking into it would be nice.

I have seen other people posting the same issue and no one is responding. I would like to play and I would like to take advantage of this sale.....

You will get an automated copy and paste response in a few days which will tell you to restart your system and router etc. If you do not respond to this automated response then they will pat themselves on the back and close the ticket.

If you do respond within the time limit then you'll be waiting for a few to many more days for another copy and paste answer that will continue to put the blame on your system or ISP.

All of us have faulty systems or ISP, didn't you know that?

I am sooooo relieved then. I already did all that stuff! Resets, restarts, reloads.....

At this point, the problem looks like it is on their side, cause I am not having issues with other mmo's/games that I play.

No problem, just buy the new DLC and they will fix issues eventually. (that's the company motto)
