Banned with no explanation

So I recently got my "account permanently disabled" for apparently using gap closers. I have spent the last 2 days trying to get in contact with any part of the Zenimax team who can explain to me when I ever exploited gap closing. The customer service team is awful. I never got a straight answer, and the little support that i did recieve I am pretty sure was just an automated response robot. I was never told how or when this occured, I was never given a warning, I was never even informed on what is or isn't an exploit. I personally do not visit the forums very often, so it is impossible for me to know what is actually considered a gap closer exploit.

My only hypothesis of my ban was that it was caused from my video that i released on youtube. It shows me gap closing on stairs and leaping up a bridge, which to my knowledge are not exploits. The ban happened shortly after i released my video which just seems a little too coincidental.

I have been a subscriber since launch and have dedicated many hours and much money into this game, only to be tossed away with no explanation or warning.

Below are the emails exchanged between "Madison" and me. It starts from the bottom to the top.

Yes, Zenimax does reserve the right to ban people without an explanation or warning, but in return it really shows the lack of care for customers and ethics from Zenimax employees.

Suggestions

1. If using mechanics that you allowed in this game is exploiting, then you need to fix the game, not ban players.
2. If there are things that are now considered exploits that were not considered before, there needs to at least be a link to the "Alliance War Exploit Post" in the ESO Code Of Conduct.
3. Please get a better customer support team. There is about 3 people handling all of our questions and concerns, and most of the replies i get are automated. There is no way to talk to a real person.
4. Care about your customers.

I am still waiting for an actual person to talk to with to solve this dispute, so feel free to message me Gina or Jessica to give me a contact number that actually works.

    Let me get this straight.
    CE = temp ban
Writ exploit = 3 day ban
    Acount sharing = temp ban
Permanente stunning exploit = no ban
Gap closing up keeps or what ever = permanent ban

    WTF lol

It doesnt make any sense at all. Appealing any ban doesn't even work because you are talking to a robot.

Pretty ***. Banning people left and right for leaping an inch more than intended? Are you kidding me?
ZOS keeps messing up at every corner. I wonder when its my turn to up and leave this game.

Permabans should only be for repeat offenders or the most outrageous offences. In either case a permaban should ALWAYS come with a detailed explanation of why, coupled with reminders of past offences. An appeal should ALWAYS go to a real human being and an automated system ban should never be permanent. All permabans should go through real people. I'm hearing far too many stories of permabans lately with no reasons given. One person I know was told that he couldn't be given a reason for his permaban or it could escalate the problem. How can you escalate past being banned permanently? Always scary when you hear about these things because if people are truly being banned for small offenses (or no reason they know of) then it can happen to anyone if you even make a minor slip that you don't mean to.

Notorious Prospering's main account is still banned for speed hacking.....that he never did. That ban's been in place for months.

It has gotten out of hand. This was also my first offense ever. It is sad to see how much they do not care about the community. If it wasn't for us, this game wouldn't have progressed at all.

Even with the banning going on I still see cheaters everyday in pvp, there is a few more to catch, I have leaned a long time ago unless I know the person in real life, I never believe what they tell me online, most people lie about not cheating when they did, sorry just a fact.

And if people really did nothing and make a case you can get back in game, remember ZOS has all the logs and data mining will reveal the truth.

They don't give anyone a chance to prove themselves innocent. It seems that players that stand out, such as being extremely tanky, fast, or high damage, get banned without probable cause. The mechanics in this game will always be maximized to fit a user. This will always be the case, so technically everything is exploiting.
