everything said in your post was great OP except I don't want people to be able to inspect my gear I like to keep some things in my build secret to keep people guessing its one of the many reasons I hate Destiny

I was afraid of that title, but it sounds good.
Only the cloaks- I think they can be laggy, so maybe it would have to be without animations.

Unarmed and spears - spears for races, which use them and unarmed for pub and arena fights - I miss them too.

I'm all for cosmetic additions, world bosses can already drop epic items, so I'm not really down with Legendary. Legendary should be available only in the Veteran Trials.

I like seasonal changes, Tamriel holidays and such (we have the Witches' Festival coming up soon), but most of your other suggestions I disagree with.

ESO is nice because it is an MMO that doesn't try too hard to me an MMO. You can still have fun soloing most stuff. I wouldn't like seeing it being turned more into an MMO than it already is.

And as for weapons, I'd rather they actually make destro staves useful, and tweak on the existing weapons, than adding unarmed.
