Everytime I try and group with friends it simply will not work, I will fail to join their group and they will fail to join mine. We have to ask around everyone just to try and see if we can eventually get it to work but then it's usually just ends up with a group and no leader so we can't invite anyone else.
This is quite a serious bug and to be honest I have absolutely no idea how you managed this one but it needs fixed ASAP.
