This group bug needs a fix fast

Not sure how popular this bug is, but it prevents you from grouping with other people.
My friend and me, we are trying to join each other since yesterday and it doesn't work.

Many people are having the same problem. It works with some people, but not with others.
I don't need to tell you, that this makes pveing impossible. We want to do dungeons, dsa and nothing is possible (and it's like a miracle when I find someone who wants to do dsa with me. So Imagine my anger )
Not sure how I can prove this, let me just link a few chat snips from the zone chat. Everyone is complaining here on PC EU.

This reminds me of good old Xbox Live times, where you can't join others

Very good.
I just figured, this needs more attention. In my opinion, this is worthy of a hotfix......
Not being able to group in an MMO is probably the worst case scenario

Completely screwed up.

Try to group, says "failed to join the group", but the guy you invited can speak in /group (but not you), you can't give him the crown nor kick him nor disband.

He tries to do the same and it works... Sometimes...

Leader bug like has never happened that often.

Zos knows about it, and it's not pc only. Ps4 and xbox have the same issue. Gina postes in another thread about this that they're looking into it.

Yes. I just came here to post this. I am a returning player and I've always wanted to like this game so much, but there are bugs like this that wreck the experience completely.

I quit before because I got really frustrated at the unplayable lag and infinite load screens.

I know that sounds hyperbolic, but it makes it so we literally can't do what we want in the game because of bugs like this. In Cyrodiil we ran into this problem where three people from this one guild where there to lead us, but were unable to invite anyone to the party. Without a strong leader, we were doomed to fail.

I think ZOS needs to realize that today's MMO player has a lot of choices in what to spend their time and money on. Making sure the player has a good, polished and non buggy experience is just as important as adding content for them to enjoy.

I have no eso+/no dlcs, so maybe this is an issue?
Have anyone tested if the bug concerns all players with eso+/dlc and also those without eso+/dlc?

Like with the issue when eso+/dlc group leader cannot queue for random if any from group members is no eso+/no dlc.

Omg. I would laugh so hard if it was a bug that only affected paying customers. And then I would hope there's some engineer staying up all night over at ZOS to get a fix in immediately.

Yeah, this bug is pretty prevalent. Seems to have the most issues when grouping from zone. Haven't had as many problems with grouping from guild or friends lists, but it had been erratic. There were about 20 of us at the kvatch arena last night trying to share quest...we eventually just gave up and left.
