I've been having a lot of bugs lately and as a customer I feel neglected.
My game freezes, characters glitch. Skills don't always work. Quests don't work, achievements don't show up and such. I've reported several times to Zeni and it feels like you guys don't care. I'd like my bugs fixed please and a refund for my subscription as I'm not satisfied and refuse to pay for a sub untill the bugs are fixed
