Good evening all!

I have been trying to find a website with an updated list of all provisioning recipes available in the game but most of the websites are outdated :sweat_smile:

I am really, reaaaally squishy; my health is a bit more than 9k unbuffed. I am a stamina NB, bosmer, 253cp. I do not want to spend any points on health and I really want to avoid enchanting my armor with any health glyph. I want to prioritize weapon damage, crit and stamina.

I have learnt how to keep myself alive without being a bother to the healer after many disastrous dungeon runs xD Chill leveling is not a problem for me, but dungeons are another thing.
I use the undaunted skill "bone shield" and my funnel health from siphoning skill tree do the job. But still, I feel like I should have more health and survability.

I currently use a 3 stat food (some purple recipe, delicious pork secret :tongue: ) but I do not really need any magika buff. I simply use it because it is the best I have.

Could you please guys tell me where can I find the best recipes for health + stamina and if there is any updated website where I can find all the info?

I know google is the answer but I wouldn't ask for help in the forums if I had find what I was looking for.

    Orzorga's tripe trifle pocket. Increase max health by 5000 and stam recovery by 457. You can get the recipe by completing a quest in orsinium, forgot the location. Or you could buy the food from a guild store, It's cheap.

    This has all the available recipes and buffs. For stam best looking for pork/radish noodles, cod and potato or braised rabbit.

    Easiest place to get them is guild traders or ask someone to make you them for a small tip.

    I would definitely go for some chinese noodles and pizza. You can never go wrong with pizza. A lot of extra stamina out of those <3.

    Pizza has the opposite effect on me. Bread turns into starch and gives a small boost, but you are more tired later after it wears off. If you want energy from noodles, try turmeric noodles with broccoli.
