crown sale

when i saw a post regarding a crown sale i clicked the store tab above which stated 5500 crowns would cost £14.99 GBP

so i logged on to xbox, and was saddened to see that it will cost me £19.99 GBP to purchase there

im curious about 2 things.

1. why is the above store for PC/MAC only? surley i should be able to purchase crowns there and my account be updated accordingly!
2. why do crowns cost more on xbox than on PC?

no idea who is online but i would appriciate an official response

    Well consider all Xbox one games require purchases directly from Xbox.
    Regarding price differences, that something to ask both ZOS and Microsoft via tickets and not the forums.
