[PC Bug report] Running on the back of your mount while sprinting

That's been happening intermittently since the Orsinium update, maybe earlier.

I do prefer it to the bug where my toon animates like being mounted when running or sprinting. Looks like a dog dragging its arse on the carpet.

When running atop your mount, just briefly stop and it'll fix the glitch.

It happens every once in a while.

Stop the mount briefly, or, dismount and remount and it almost always sorts it out. I don't see this as often as I used to on other players, and it has happened only one or two times to me.

This is hysterical, but...** I also have a glitch where my character mounts about two feet off center to the right, so that the left leg is INSIDE the mount, and the right leg is dangling out in the air.

And...

**When jumping, the character sits straight up, with the right arm pointing down like they're riding a mechanical bucking bronco at a cheap country bar in Texas.

Both of these things are only happening since Update 11.

The dragging the dog's arse on the carpet--lol--or the running along like your character is mounted 3 feet below the ground, has been happening since Orsinium launched, albeit sparsely.

The bug that bothers me the most is when i get off my mount and i continue to ride an "invisible" mount halfway through the ground. This drives me crazy.. the only way i can stop this is to pull out my weapons?

I seen that bug from time to time... it's kinda funny to watch from an observation stand of point.... I keep thinking of this scene from Family guy LOL

Sometimes you hit a brief lag spike in a short time window right after summoning your mount. If you use this short time window to begin sprinting, while your mount has not fully spawned, you can have just enough time to go into the sprinting animation right as your mount spawns, causing this hilarious glitch. Sure you can stop moving to correct it, or as I prefer to do, run around the wayshrine in circles imagining circus music .

^^ In my experience, that happens when you get pulled out of riding forcefully, like when stepping into water at swim-height, or being attacked by mobs and the horse out of stam.

I've found that it sometimes gets fixed by mounting and dismounting again normally (sometimes... it doesn't always work)

I remember this bug from very early after launch. it is very worrying how many bugs reappear.

I love this bug - it is hilarious! However, I despise the dragging your butt across the ground bug.

If bugs are going to reappear, WTB the naked people bug. Not because I'm a perv (entirely), but because it was consistently, spit-on-my-keyboard-laughing funny.
