Dungeon Queue in group - no DLC message

Can this be somehow addressed?
When someone in a group formed for dungeon has no DLC with access to particular dungeons, leader of the group cannot queue and gets a message about "no dlc players", then he has to pass leadership to player without dlc, who starts queue, and pass the leadership back.
Can't the group finder recognize automatically the list of dungeons all players in group are eligible for?

✭✭✭✭Sometimes it can barely even find the right roles for people, it certainly cant tell what dungeons everyone has.
Of course it should, but i wouldn't hold my breath.0
