Redguard or Imperial for Heavy Armor stamina templar?

Which race would suit an stamplar in heavy armor the most. is the redguard stamina regen a must for heavy armor?

    If you're going PvP, I would go for the Redguard. The ability to get some stamina back while attacking with block up is really valuable and compliments the constitution passive really well.

    is it better over the imperial 12% more health? and if i went medium armor instead.? :)

    Nord! Best tank race just got buffed with 6% increase to stamina! That means more sustain and more damage!

    It seems to me that Imperial race is better suited to tanking, while the Redguard race is better suited to DPS. Nord's also seem to be suited to tanking because they don't have any offensive racial abilities.

    Equipment passives are about as useful as a bonus to swim speed.
