Groups Bugging Out?

So, noticed that whenever I try to invite a friend to the group (same alliance) they "Accept" and up in the top right hand corner it says they left group right after joining..
Friends have also said they cannot group at all and so I believe this is a new bug that happened in Update 11.. Other instances of group bugs have been happening as well.

If you noticed any bugs as well, please discuss. Figured a forum post should be put up and this issue brought to attention!

Yes. My guild wanted to run vSO but no one can group. You get group invite, but accepting simply does not add anyone to group. NA-PC.

I was thinking this was localised to pc due to update 11 but we're having the same issue on ps4 na.

THIS IS GAME BREAKING! like what the point is there to an mmo IF YOU CANT GROUP!!!!!!!!! I have spent a crap ton of money on this game..... and THIS REALLY Irritates ME! i was going to go farm darkshad caverns with a friend..... but i cant even get in the same group as him. ZOS Needs to fix this.

As soon as I send out a group invite I get a message saying that that person left my group (when they were never in the group in the first place). And from their perspective they r in the group. So then I try adding them again and the invite goes thru. But then when the other person tries to leave the group they cannot. Nothing happens when they try to leave (either by right clicking their name or by hitting x and then attempting to accept the leave request by hitting e.

I have been on both sides of this paradigm on multiple occasions.
