    Nobody panic! We're aware of this issue, and it's strictly a UI issue. Nobody is actually getting 1000% Spell Crit ;)

    Too bad it's only a UI bug, it would be nice to have that high spell crit. Think of the possibilites in Cyrodiil, gold pledges, etc. >:)
