This one apologizes if this is not the right place, but this khajiit sees no specific place for bugs. Since the Hist patch yesterday, this one has noticed a few NPCs have been disturbed, and no longer speak as they used to.

Though this one just did a turn in at Spencer. He said nothing for 15+ seconds before this one left. He just stared blankly at khajiit like he was an 80s quest giver. Very unsettling!
