Anyone else have to uninstall / reinstall after hist dlc?

No add ons. Consumed twice as much cpu as it did previously. Uninstall reinstall fixed it. Anyone know why?

I am currently doing a fresh install....I sure hope the 18 hour download (since ZOS caps me at 750kbs) will be worth it.

The disconnecting and lag was so bad as to make anything but solo pve workable. In general, I got unbearable lag with 32 bit, and unbearable disconnecting with 64 bit. I sure hope a days worth of downloading and not playing right after the new update is worth it.
