So how does this work in Cyrodiil? We all know the drill in Craglorn, but in Cyrodiil maybe it's different? Do you need to be at a specific crafting level? Will it only be found in Void based materials? Can I send a level 10 with no crafting into blackwater and harvest some iron ore for a chance at Nirn?

Yep. I think they SHOULD ad it though. There I was mining nodes in Cyrodiil last night. And now I have to go explain it to my guildies that I have an over active imagination.
