Communication Issues?
This is really a first for me.
This is the first time I've subscribed to a MMO where the community managers and developers are quiet on such a big issue. The issue? Myself and quite a few people cannot log in because the patcher is wonky. Every time I load the patcher and click on play, it crashes. I've tried repairing, tried redownloading a 4 gig patch. Twice. And yet still no word.
And I'm coming from EverQuest, where SoE was bought out by another company. You'd think their CS would become "teh suck" after being bought out, but no. The people over there still respond to us whenever there's a problem.
All I have to say is.. What the hell, man?
