Overall, I love this dungeon. The way the mechanics worked made it pretty fun and challenging.

The only thing that my buddies and I couldn't finish was the final boss fight. We were simply doing the Gold Pledge and yeah for a Gold Pledge it was pretty difficult. but nothing compares to the final fight.

At the start it's very simple. Take some percent off her, then destroy the totem. On what we liked to call "Hard Mode" or destroying the notes, spawned way too many enemies with AOE and stuns. Our group couldn't event get through the first amber throw. We wiped a good 7 or 8 times before trying it in "Easy Mode" or not destroying the notes. Well. this was fun, but around the time we got the boss to 30%, there were too many adds on top of the totem and amber.

Honestly, the only thing that ruined our experience were the totems. IF they were less tanky, I don't think we would've wiped much less on "Easy Mode".

    Tanky as in the totems have a lot of health or really high resistances?

    A whole lot of health. I believe 300k. Also, the damage it did was basically the Nightblade siphoning ult constantly until it was destroyed.

    Same here. Got to last boss but didn't finish. Totems weren't a problem for us. They seemed to go down rather quickly. It was the catrillion adds that spawned and the healer not being able to do anything but throw fireballs that messed us up

    Managed to complete it yesterday (today?). Took us about 3 hours to finish.

    The dungeon is fun and it was nice to once again discover the mechanics of fights. Missed that :)
    This one has some really fun encounters and it was nice not to just "burn" the bosses down for a change.

    Can't imagine though doing the final boss without everyone on Teamspeak. Constant need to call out, totems, which statues to hit, who has the fire bomb skills etc. That would be a nightmare. Those leeching totems are a real pain and if not destroyed at once, will wipe your party.

    Funny thing though, we gave up on the hard mode, finished the boss without burning the notes and I still got a gold key when I turned the pledge in. Bug or intended? We get like 2 gold key for completing it on hard mode? :)

    We completed it on Hard Mode . It was harder at first but once you understand mechanics and have decent DPS , it is easy . You can easily ignore most of the mechanics and burn boss . We did it like this : Burn boss at start with horn . Burn totem with another horn . Continue burning boss and she spawns mini boss without adds . Kill mini boss . Tank gets aggro and takes boss away . Team deals with statues , totem and adds . When everything is dead , burn boss again . Kill mini boss . She goes execute phase . Throwing stuff everywhere . Ignore everything except totem and burn boss . Done . It requires good teamwork though . Not suggested when going random . Good luck !

    Couldn't complete it sadly. Rest of the dungeon was awesome but couldn't even get to first mini boss without dying the 2nd totem/adds usually did us in. Don't think it's something you can do with a pug group like what I did

    Yes. Silver key for normal, 1 gold key for Vet, 2 gold key for Vet hard mode. I believe WGT and ICP pledges work the same way.

    My team yesterday ended up getting the boss down to 8% 4 times. However, with the execute, the totem and then a member of the party being placed into the illusion (ALL AT THE SAME TIME) we couldn't burn her down any further as that fourth party member could no longer attack the boss.

    It's just easier to farm on Normal mode and get the Monster helm that way, even if it takes 50 tries.

    I really do feel ZOS needs to dial these new dungeons back 10% on Vet mode.
