This is awesome! I had 10 Cyrodiil treasure maps and I went for ALL of them. Guess what? I got purple motifs in ALL of them! The other treasure maps are trash so it seems this is ONLY in Cyrodiil. I'm wondering if this is common or if I just got incredibly lucky. Anyone else?

Haxnschwammer✭✭✭✭Not sure if the rate is 100% (but I think it is), but the cyrodiil chests are the source of the alliance motifs.
Depending on your char you get pact/dagger/dominion pages. So yes, this is normal.
That's why cyrodiil maps are so expensive.Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.
