Patch not downloading

it's freezing on 27% and freezes my PC where I can not press anything and I keep having to reboot it and same happening anyone can help?

I can not repair I can not even pause it's grayed out

Can anyone help? I would like information what to do are others having same issue? I had same problem with PTS a while ago ended up re downloading it but this one does not even give me an option

I deleted all ESO files before restarting download and left it overnight and this morning it's ready
