Not here to complain but I can't read a word of it, its the Russian symbols

    Type something in non-Russian. If you can read it in English then accept that a lot of Ruskies have stayed up for the patch, and make sure you check if you're in /zone instead of /enzone or whatever the English filter is called.

    Then try English zone chat or typing something to check that your own chat comes up in non-Russian. If it works then it's just part of an MMO, if it doesn't then check your language settings and submit a ticket.
