2 weeks and my voice chat is still not working...so angry

Now im not one to get upset but now im rather (beep). I was able to let go that i never got a tiger mount for playing pc (funny enough i was actually a tester) and ill let go that i didn't get coins for a long long period of time. But its been two weeks now and i have still have no in game voice chat. Its not an issue with my server as i have party chat, did all the trouble shooting and still nothing contacted telstra and its all fine. Xbox have even given me a reference number to tell you guys that its not their end.

Told fixed after next patch....that was last Wednesday and i still have no chat surprise surprise.. I have been playing this game a very long time like i said i tested it when we could only play auridon to lvl 15. Have pumped an incredible amount of actual money into this game via coins and ESO plus and still this isn't fixed. Dont say your going to fix some thing when you are not. Or at least give me a decent time limit. So (beep) angry that i cant chat to my guild or do actual runs with them. Maybe i should ask for my damn tiger mount and coins now....please fix this ASAP!

Same boat here, every ticket I send in I'm told it's an issue on my end, check my router, etc.

Totally disregarding the fact I had working chat since the game released. I've changed nothing, and all of a sudden I cannot hear chat at all.

Stop giving your customers work to fix issues, and start fixing this *** ZOS.

One of the port settings for this game and for xblive is for voice chat. Do you have ports set up? I am referring to device name and mac address mapping, not ports set to IP. Setting to IP can cause intermittent disconnections.

I dunno about the OP, but I did all my port work back with gta online. That game was a nightmare for my isp.
I had working voice chat since launch. That changed in the last couple of weeks. I'm fairly certain they tweaked or altered something that obviously my headset or router doesn't like. Of course to figure the problem out, well, that would require ZOS giving me the respect of a response, and getting my hardware details.

Hasn't happened yet and I'm a few dozen tickets deep at this point. Really want voice chat back, hard to believe communication is a big deal in a mmo

GTA online uses different ports. When you mapped your ports for ESO did you do it by device name and mac address or by IP? The problem with mapping them to the IP is that your router may occasionally or often assign a different IP when you turn the device on, especially after a power failure. Creating a device name in your router, and mapping to it assures that the port settings follow it because unless you delete your network settings on your device and do over, the mac address remains the same.

Both consoles use these as port forwarding specifically:

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331

Xbox specific ports for ESO, assign to name, not to IP:

UDP Port 88
UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
UDP Port 6250
UDP Port 5060
UDP Port 5062
UDP Port 3478 through 3479
UDP and TCP Port 3074
UDP and TCP Port 53
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433
